Folder Redirection using a GPO 

To test the settings.. Put the folder redirection GPO on a test OU. Place a new user in the test OU in Active Directory. Log in as the new user and save some files to the Documents folder and then check the server to see if they are there. The user needs to have at least Change on the folder for both Shared and NTFS settings. Do not give them Full Control access because that enables the users to give other users rights to their folder. So change is the highest permission you should give the users. Good Luck.
