Prepare:
Before playing, you need to prepare the chessboard. You can use chalk, pen to draw on the ground or paper. The chessboard is a square vertical and horizontal with 5 straight lines dividing the chessboard into 4 times 4 by 16 small squares.
Two large diagonals and four small diagonals divide the small squares into triangles. Lobster cave is a small square with two diagonal diagonals divided into 4 triangles.
Lobster chess piece is a big stone, buffalo chess piece is 15 small stones. Lobster chess sets are now available in many places.
Rule:
The player holding the lobster can go first, then it is the player's turn to keep the buffalo, each piece (both the lobster and the buffalo) can only make one move. Buffalo and lobster are moved around the chessboard and the lobster cave.
Lobster can eat buffalo if buffalo stand in front of lobster according to each line on the chessboard without other buffalo standing behind guard, lobster can not eat buffalo if there is no water behind buffalo for lobster to jump.
Lobster will move forward, backward, diagonally, left or right as you like to occupy a favorable position to eat more buffalo. Lobster keepers need to wisely choose which moves can eat 2 or 3 buffaloes at the same time.
On the contrary, the buffalo keeper must carefully calculate the lobster moves and corner the buffalo so that no troops are "opened" for the lobster to eat.
The game will end when the lobster eats all the buffalo or the buffalo encircle the lobster.
Note that each player can only play one piece of chess. Do not repeat the move that has just gone before.
