I became frustrated with ballet after many years of dancing and not seeing big improvements in my technique, so I quit but I miss it a lot. This amazing routine is what I need to come to terms with my imperfection and just enjoy my body as it is. It makes want to dance because so little stress is put on getting everything right and it's all about just flowing and stretching instead. THANK YOU!

hi i have been learning hip hop from a while and i have been following your channel from a few days and your amazing...i learnt contemprary long ago just for like an year that too when i was 8 but then i had to shift and im doing hip hop now as there are no contemporary classes here but i really really really really wish too become professional at contemprary...it has been my dream ...but im having a difficult time finding videos for me, a compete beginer who knows nothing about it so can anyone give me recomendations? thanks sooo much autiii...i love your videoss a lot...it has helped alot with my flexiblity that tooo without any pain or injuries(i usualy get them a lot in my dance classes)...
