Meg, I love that you duplicated Nicki's Tie-Top outfit. You look great! I never knew that you could drive in the bowels of Chicago. That is crazy. The communion wafer buildings are so cool. :) Jake twinning with Joss right down to the hair twist is fab. I love all of the footage of the store and everything else. Seeing Ash's family was wonderful too. Ash's backpack does deserve a moment of its own. :) The 116 with the knife was very suspicious. I love that you and Ann got doll's ears pierced again and that Ash got Nicki and Isabel. :) The photos at the end are great too!! Thank you for sharing your trip with us!!
Kudos to Jake for driving in Chicago! When I went to the Chicago store this spring, my friend and I took a cab. Lived you all in matching outfits, especially Jake. Way to commit!
I definitely wanna go to Chicago one time at least to experience it (4 hrs from me) since we lost Columbus... just nervous about driving there and such it being such a big city and now I'm even more convinced I need to go when AG friends go!
At least in the smaller stores the GF menu has lacked as of late. So much so that I’ve gone back to gluten (as I have a sensitivity and not a true allergy). It definitely used to be better…
Please make sure you stay in touch with your gastroenterologist. I’m 66 my daughter is 40 her two daughters are seven and nine. My sister Lisa is 62. We all have celiac disease and at one time or another have been foolish enough to go off the diet even if it’s a sensitivity, you have no idea the amount of damage that it can do to your body Remember the most is your body is not absorbing enough vitamins, and minerals because of the celiac damage . it can be destructive to certain parts of your body that you’re going to want to use when you are married and want to have children speak from experience and I tell you that it is most important that you do what your gastroenterologist tells you to do because when you’re older and if you have children, there’s a very good possibility that you will pass it down to them. Just this was done to my sister and I my daughter and my granddaughters, the food is much better than it was when I started restaurants yeah that’s a pain in the neck and I know that as a young person you want to be able to go out and eat with your friends and do the things that they’re doing but you must be cautious. Yeah I know this sounds like it just came from a mom because it did.
@@barbarawalsh2875I promise I’m fully aware of all of this. I try to keep everything I eat in moderation 😂 because even spinach is loaded with oxalates, nuts are full of lectins, etc. Everything can cause problems later in life. I literally have eaten Paleo (no grains at all) to heal myself from autoimmune illnesses because grains in general can be inflammatory, not just gluten. I’m also a mom and keep my overall fertility in check, too. Not sure I trust gastroenterologists, though 😂 - I healed myself from GERD and it wasn’t from listening to my gastroenterologist.
