I like how some people come her and say "I don't belive in god, just here for music" yet find there name in a religious debate a few comments down. if you were really here for the music you would not have stated if you believed in a god or not.
I used to be a catholic but no longer. When I listened demon hunter I was not religious at all. Later I actually went to church for a bit. Yet I broke with religion, though I do not find religion distasteful. I know some people might say that I was a catholic and hence I was following the wrong faith anyway and not a real christian but gatekeepers aside. I think christians can respect my choice and I respect they'res. For me it never clicked. And I guess abandoning the faith is nothing really special anymore in this day and age but I guess I really tried it just didn't work out for me. So I jumped back to philosophy which is what always consolidated me. Though I will be honest I don't think I can come with something better than religion.

This guy has the right of it. I'm Christian and I hate going to favorite artists are either are Christian or happen to be a Christian in a rock band and having to see people arguing, none to eloquently or calmly, I might add, about the existence of God, or posting something stupid like "God is dead" just to cause a damn scene. If you want to have debate, there's a time and place for that, like a coffee shop.

@FailDGamers , correction: Catholicism is actually a branch of Christianity. Protestants is another (which is what you're claiming Christians to be). They are both forms of Christianity. If you want to go further, Protestant branches off into several other branches too (Presbyterian, Lutheran, Baptist, Pentacostal, Evangelical, etc). They all have different beliefs on how God should be worshipped, how the bible is interpreted (much like Democrats Vs Republicans w/ The constitution).
Even Satanists can't deny the presence of God due to the fact that Satan can't exsist without God and vise-versa according to some of their followers. Do make note the reason why I decided to deem them followers because I didn't want to include any actual references and based on several people they deem themselves followers for whatever reason.

Not if those beliefs are irrational, no. Beliefs are fine. Irrational beliefs are not. Particularly not when they influence our world in very negative ways.

in my eyes violence without purpose is just a waste of life and resources. i don't agree with war nor pacifists. to me if you got a good reason then fight for it and your beliefs but don't shove them down other peoples throats, it would just bite you in the ass in the future when you need help yourself.
Acceptance and tolerance accomplishes nothing besides putting imaginary boarders across the planet's habitable areas that in time are fought over. True debate and reason is required if humanity is to change.....a general consensus needs to be brought about...but not on youtube

Guys, I ask that you stop fighting over if God exists or not. Let's all just try accept everyone's point of view even if you don't think it's right. Personally, I think "God" is just a image created so us humans could understand how to be "good" and find happiness(no offense to anyone)(I was raised in a christian enviroment and I have no problem with the religion [and many other religions]). I believe that there is many ways to achieve happiness even if you don't believe in God. God is there

Kain Nightrode I know this is a 5 year old comment, but whatever. Tolerating how someone is and tolerating an ideology are two different thing, unless that person chooses to become an embodiment of the ideology. Christians should be intolerant of ungodly behavior, not the person committing the act.

Where did you come up with that? And how could anyone tell someone else to kill others? That in itself is a sin. If anyone's logic is wrong here i think it is yours. And as for you last sentence, if you actually read the Bible, in the gospel of John, chapter 1, it says that God is the word. If the Bible is the word, then I believe in God. End of discussion.

Give me one good example on how anywhere in the Bible that states we killed anyone. Because if I'm right no one in the Bible was murdered by a Christian or anyone who was killed by another Christian. Parhaps you will begin to read it and experience it for yourselves and hopefully you learn proper English.
