Rosan - it's too bad you didn't get to go to the Big Island, the volcano is popping off! People have been going up to the Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park to view the eruption from several vantage points - BTS actually walked in the park where the eruption is occurring right now. It's really beautiful - Pele keeps us on our toes.

OMG!!! Really?! Awww man, we would've loved to go. It was the extra testing that held us back cause we'd have to take another test for another island. So the one that wasn't active and where they stacked the stone is now active?

@@xCeleste Yes, Halemaumau Crater. Visitors normally walk in and around the crater but it started erupting quite violently last December 2020. It was really something! That doesn't happen quite often, especially in the crater itself. If you visit the USGS website, they'll have photos/videos of the eruption. And of course people on FB posted their own livestreams and photos.

Ohhh. Hawai'i was my home for 5 years and I really miss it. Anytime I see footage, especially from Waikiki, I always try to look for my old condo....Iolani Court Plaza. I also lived in Waikiki but that building has been converted into a business. I've visited once since then but I think it's time to go back. A hui hou.

I really wish I could go to a trip sometime soon , I'm from India and the situation here is worsening day by day , so we again have lockdown..As someone who can't live without travelling at least thrice a year , I'm literally suffocating right now..These r the times I wished I had the power to teleport..

Definitely miss Hawaii and can't wait to go back. We were there enjoyed then Polynesian Culture center. We were called to participate in a dancing too because we have said we were there for our honeymoon. 🤭😳. Thanks for sharing. How was the travel and restriction there?
