I'll never forget going to the birchill or stingrays to see these guys play, it really always felt like home. i picked up this ep there a while ago, i think i was 13, and to this day it never really occurred to me that jon is wearing a shutdown shirt in this video and that one of my cousins was in shutdownfor a while and on against all odds. Ironic how jon probably loved going to see shutdown play just as much as i miss going to see folly. small world
Oh man, I saw this live at Knights of Columbus and everyone went fucking wild. I broke my collar bone and sprained my wrist. Totally worth it. This is pretty much the early 2000s scene before it was totally ruined by certain people.
