The "sweating" is due to condensation on the cold fondant in a warm, humid room (like the water drops on a glass of ice water on a hot day). You could put the fondant in the refrigerator for a while after demolding to slow the transition between freezer and room temperature. Then bring it to room temperature in front of a fan to evaporate the condensation.

@3poppyseeds Press down firmly on fondant when putting in mold. Be sure to leave in the freezer about 20 minutes and do not touch the fondant when you remove from mold--just pull opposite directions on the sides of the mold to remove it.
The condensation is caused by the humidity. If you can cool the room (which lowers humidity) or dehumidify it by another method, it will not form as much moisture.

There are not too many requests for life-size baby cakes due to how uncomfortable most people would be cutting the cake. The smaller babies make nice external decorations to be removed when the cake is cut.
i have tried using the marshmallow fondant. froze it as you instructed but as it was exposed in the air, moisture begins to accumulate that it is hard to apply color to its head, cheeks and the rest of the body. kindly advice me on how to solve this problem. I have an upcoming christening project that i need this baby fondants for.
If your room temperature is warm and humid, you will get condensation on the cold fondant (like condensation on the outside of a glass of ice water). Just let the fondant come to room temperature and the condensation evaporate before dusting with color.
