In this tutorial u will learn how to make fondant cat cupcake topper.
You will need
Skin color fondant/ gumpaste
White color fondant/ gumpaste
Black color fondant/gumpaste
Pink color fondant
Icing tool
Cornfloor
Edible glue
Step 1 . Take 2 fondant ball of skin color
One will be slightly bigger than other
Step 2 : starting with head, so take 1 ball which is smaller
Step3: use ball tool and make two holes for eyes and fill that holes with tiny two black fondant balls
Step4:Now take a piece of same skin color fondant and make two tiny ball for mouth
Stick together on face
Step5: use ball tool to make tiny holes on both balls
Step 6 : cut out your pink color fondant into tiny heart shape with plunger cutter for nose and stick right above of the mouth
Step7: For ears cut out same skin color fondant into 2 tiny triangle and stick them
Step7 : now for body take another fondant ball which is slightly bigger than head
Step 8: smooth out the bottom n sides little bit and use icing tool or tooth pick to mark on the bottom
Step 9: attach head with edible glue
Step10. Follow the same steps make another white cat
Step 11: take white and skin color fondant for tail. Roll out into think sausage and cut out of same size
Step 12: shape them like heart
Let it dry for a while
Step 13 : stick both cat together n stick tail back side with edible glue
Thats done
I used fondant icing to create this cake topper figurine. You can use tylose powder in your fondant icing for a stronger consistency. you can also use gumpaste .
