Food Allergies: Steps to Fight and Manage Food Allergies Effectively 

So I've been doing a ton of research about what's currently going on with my body and I've concluded that I have adrenal hypoglycemia with food allergies to at least gluten. My blood tests came back normal but I'm still going to my doctor for a follow-up to present my findings. I think I destroyed my adrenals with high consumption of caffeine for a long, long period of time. I was also drinking like 60-70 Oz of orange juice every day with the caffeine. Since I am still alive & walking around, do you think I still have a chance to fix my adrenals naturally? Or bc they're so bad that they've caused low blood sugar and severe food allergies (hives, pins and needles all over my body & sometimes a burning face) that I need to be put on steroids for the rest of my life? It's been about a month since my symptoms started.
