Ye jo bhi purane log hai na ye Ghar ka khana banate hai na ki bahar ka lakar kha rahe hai ...n she is working hard core jiski wajah se ye itna khana digest ho jata hai ...look at her do u think she is unfit or unhealthy in any way ....yes taking care of health is priority...she is happy to eat that ...ma bete k sath khana kha rahi hai unko accha lag raha hai ...not like junk food n all n rubbish things ...pls dnt comment like this man .....

​@@ishanyasharma001Aaj kal jo sabjiyan, phal wagera ugte hain usme bahut sara harmful chemical fertilizers, pest control ke liye pesticides, weedicides, etc khet mein dalte hain,jisse khane se acche acche logon ka tabiyat kharap hoga... No problem if Maa apne bete ke saath khana khata hai.... But if you see ki unke khane ke liye bahut sara items khate hain rice ke saath, jin sabko banane ke liye obviously oil use hota hai (Tum yadi 7-8 items banaoge toh usme socho kam kam karke kitna jyada oil consume karte ho) aur jitna jyada items utna jyada calories, sugar, fat, etc..... To socho itna sara khana ko digest karne ke liye body ko unnecessarily mehnat karna padta hai aur iss Age mean bura effect padega body ko

He simply meant the food that they were eating is best eaten cold...Pakhalo Bhaato is a staple in the eastern part of India ..it's fermented and is cooling. .can be eaten through out the year..but best in summers
