Suggested food for bulky uterus:
* FIBROUS FOOD :
Take food rich in fibers, helps to reduce estrogen level, cures inflammation.
as SPROUTS, VEGETABLES, FROUT , WHOLE GRAINS, BROWN RICE, OATS,
MILLETS, whole wheat etc.
*FRUITS:
take FRUITS enriched of vitamin C and bioflavnoids , helps to cure ovarian cyst and fibroid.
eg. Lemon, guava, kiwi , apples etc.
* Vegetables:
take vegetables enriched of calcium, magnesium, potassium as these minerals, vitamins reduces estrogen, cures inflammation.
eg. cabbage, kale, spinach, lettuce, leafy green vegetables..
* Dairy products:
take Dairy products enriched of calcium and vitamin D, good for stronger bone and vitamin D cures fibroid.
Milk low in fat ( add little turmeric), paneer,
curd etc.
Avoid:
1)Tea , coffee, cold drink, alcohol, cigarettes etc.
2)processed foods,
3) frozen foods,
4) junk food,
5) red meat
etc.
