My products for a solo hike in the Arctic for 4 months or 120 days. The grocery layout includes only the most necessary products and a camp kitchen. To diversify the diet, during the campaign I fished, picked mushrooms, mussels and berries. You can also cook compote from rhubarb and rose hips.

Dinner:
