Is it hard for you? How many times a day do you eat? 🤔 I understand how painful hunger can be, but fasting is one of the strongest necessities for the enrichment of your spiritual life. If you want to get used to fasting, start by skipping a meal. Then by skipping 2 meals. Then by skipping all the meals of a day. Gradually your body will become stronger to endure staying longer without food. Be blessed my sister. 🙏

And your not suppose to let anybody know your fasting. Fasting is a serious thing.
