But... every second week are 'actions' (discounts) from -20% to -40% and for some -50%. Another market gives -40% for half of the goods every Thursday! Any product always has a discount, the only difference is the manufacturer this week. Most of these i never brought without discount for years.

All of them have apps, and after installing one and creating an account, you usually need to scan a QR code from the app at the checkout. Also, discounts change every week, so you can track the current discounts in paper booklets in-store or in the online versions of them in the 'Mano akcijos' app.

Unfortunately, it's difficult to say, as there were multiple purchases to show a bigger variety of products. However, my regular amount for a set of products with delivery is 60-70€. Or about 200€ per person per month.
