By sampling the food offerings of other food trucks, you can compare them with your own menu and determine what you're doing right and what needs improvement, if any, which is beneficial for your customers. Great to see you guys enjoying food you didn't prepare/cook. BALL-Z chicken adobo looks delicious although it's somewhat Westernized. The Cartlandia food choices seem interesting but we're craving for all the food from Bog's Kitchen menu. Hopefully we can try your food someday.
