This was an amazing episode in your series. I just finished posting a bunch of short videos about the Austin, Texas food truck scene on my RU-vid channel. I think you'll find it cheeky, funny and informative.

EMPANADAS ARE POPULAR SNACK FOODS IN ARGENTINA AND OTHER LATIN COUNTRIES. THE WORD EMPANADA IS SPANISH AND IT MEANS MEANS "IN-BREAD"...

Interesting. However the only food I saw here that I would eat are the plain pancakes. Unfortunately knowing they were cooking the red velvet pancakes on the same griddle, I wouldn't eat the plain ones for fear of cross contamination. (I'm seriously allergic to food colouring. Just a speck can send me to hospital.) As to Vegan, forget it. I'm a meat eater.

I think this will only work in cities with very large road space, which is very much at a premium in most countries in the world.

12:51 if they would have went with a turbo diesel with a 6 speed allison they would not be so concerned with fuel cost. operating a food truck involves knowing about trucks as much as marketing & cooking.

Not all taco trucks are created equal. Do your homework! Kogi is definitely one of the originators and one of the best!
