This was an amazing episode in your series. I just finished posting a bunch of short videos about the Austin, Texas food truck scene on my RU-vid channel. I think you'll find it cheeky, funny and informative.
Interesting. However the only food I saw here that I would eat are the plain pancakes. Unfortunately knowing they were cooking the red velvet pancakes on the same griddle, I wouldn't eat the plain ones for fear of cross contamination. (I'm seriously allergic to food colouring. Just a speck can send me to hospital.) As to Vegan, forget it. I'm a meat eater.
12:51 if they would have went with a turbo diesel with a 6 speed allison they would not be so concerned with fuel cost. operating a food truck involves knowing about trucks as much as marketing & cooking.
Traditional in spain and all latin america, also is traditional in other countrys like italia but with different name like calzones and other european and turkish countrys.... so dont say is only traditional in argentina.
