As a former restaurant owner I can attest to how important these regulations are. They are not a reflection of the employees there, but instead they reflect the priorities of the management. Some of these are training issues while other can be fixed simply by changing some employee habits. It all comes down to the management staff.
I have not and will not eat at Filbertos in Anthem. The owners of Filbertos in Anthem display ZERO RESPECT for our community. I hope Filbertos goes out of business.
Might as well just say every restaurant in maricopa county because number one I’ve lived in a lot of states all over the US and maricopa county restaurants are the dirtiest I’ve come across yet I think the big thing is the people just don’t care they gone get their paycheck either way so really there are no consequences for their dirty nasty actions
Lived in St Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Oakland, Seattle? You don’t know dirty until you have. Only 4 states have higher, more updated food codes than Arizona. Arizona’s enforcement exceeds the national average. You’re entitled to your opinion even if it’s wrong.
