The calorie calculation is wrong, Pulpy dissect it on his live stream and she is either 198 Kg or she put her activity level as Active ( exercising 4-5 time a week). She is an athlete Lol 😂 love the potato 🥔 content.

The scientific consensus is to reduce your maintenance caloric intake by 10-15%. It's slow, sustainable and doable. It doesn't even have to be a reduction in food, it can be an increase in energy output. That calculator is correct with the new caloric intake numbers, but I don't believe she's been maintaining on 3110 calories. You need to track for at least 2 weeks to work out what your average is. No change in diet, just log all of it. I worked out she could be eating roughly 2650 calories for a 15% reduction (before checking those calculated numbers, I just saw the 3110 as her starting point), which is still way more than the average man and doable for her if she tracks and doesn't buy 5 bags of chips, 10kg of cheese, soda, ramen, bread, coffee syrup and chocolate milk. Even with sugar substitutes, those are her trigger foods; the Oreo coke was her gateway drug. It was giving an alcoholic one beer. I shouldn't spend more time working this out than she has, but my ADHD brain took over and steered the ship.
Either she: 1. Sleeps in the hijab because she can't be bothered to change into pajamas. 2. Got up, got dressed and put the sleep mask back on over the hijab before turning on the camera to show the viewers she can't sleep.
