Foodie Beauty | Health, reactors and bringing 'her' cats to Kuwait... 

Im have binge eating disorder... that macaroni and cheese really looks like a binge to me... especially at the time she's eating it. I used to get up every single morning around 1 a.m (religiously) and eat party sized bags of chips and massive amounts of whole milk...then go straight back to bed. Gained over 70lbs my healthy weight. It takes a tremendous amount of work to try and get better. The coming to the reality that what your doing isn't "normal" the figuring out the why of the binge... searching the soul and mind as to the feelings while you're in the binge. Then the absolute hardest part....the fight to stop it...the massive changes in eating, the exercise that has to be done..the detox from all the processed sugar junk Its uncomfortable.... that's why she doesn't try...and if she does try, it doesn't last more than a day or two. You typically won't even begin to feel better until a couple weeks of better eating. She's weak... she's entitled...and she lets her cravings and impulses control every second of her life. If anyone is struggling....it can get better, yes there's a lot of work..and consistency, but you can absolutely do it❤

15c is 59f. That’s freezing! I’m in the American south and it’s hot here like 100-110 daily and the lowest I’ve seen a home AC set is down to 20c-68f. We keep,ours on 22 to 24c or 74 to76f. I can’t and can believe how selfish Foodie is. Rolling blackouts and she’s sitting in a meat locker. 😶‍🌫️

Oooh! I don't like the eating noises either, but I know sometimes foodie talks while eating. I wouldn't mind the talking while eating, I know you do such a good job of editing out the sounds but I don't watch foodies channel so I feel like I'm missing something if she's talking while eating! Just my own commentary. ^^
