Nonfat plain Greek yogurt is great if you’re cutting. I love using it in the place of sour cream or as the base for dips. Very high in protein, and it’s like 80 calories for 150g, compared to 150g of sour cream which can be upwards of 300 calories!!! It’s barely any different imo, and I prefer the yogurt to sour cream now 😂
Its kind of amazing she says she doesn't binge, but EVERY time she rants, she's eating. Its always emotional eating and that is a key aspect of food addiction.
If you use plain Greek yogurt, it's pretty similar to sour cream. I do it to sneak extra protein into my diet because I don't like protein shakes. I can't imagine using a whole tub, though.
The only whey protein I have liked, is from My Protein, their Impact Whey. It isn't sickly sweet, which I find other brands are. I mix it with half water. half milk.
I'm not sure if I'm disgusted or jealous. Lol. Im lactose intolerant and can't eat carbs. SJam would have been perfect for her. They meshed. And they were half way funny on cam together
