LOL! I used to live off 20th and Pierce in the early 90’s, I shopped at that King Soopers, haven’t been that way in a long time. I did fish sloans after work back then in the spring using Zekes corn bait and slayed the stocker bows. Thanks for bringing back some memories!
Yeah, I used to buy candy & soda from there when I was a little kid. Every once in a while I think about stopping at Cub Foods, then I remember that’s gone too…🤷♂️ so it was gyros & malts today! 😎🎣
@@KickinBassTV I’d go eat at Ramon’s Mexican restaurant off Colfax. It was good back then, not sure if it’s still there though. 🤷♂️ there was a wicked spring carp spawn at Sloans, you’d literally snag 3-5 pounders just reeling in your rig. Good times!
Grasmere Lake Washington Park in Denver Colorado is my personal favorite to catch Bass. I think it's one of the best Bass fishing lakes in the state! The fishing is the best between May and September. I could catch a big one every 15 minutes on a good day. The water is very clear and you can see them swimming. Check out some of my videos. I used to box there on the corner of southwest sloans lake in the 90s and play pool across the street till 4am their was alot of fish in that lake back then now days theirs Nothing just like every other lake in Colorado lol its true we need another State
