Sorry i dont think this is proper way of dum biryani… layer should be first of veggies and never cooked it 80% but 20%, second layer would be of fried onion, third layer is 60% cooked rice, kaser milk should not cooked but cold milk with pinch of kesar desi ghee on top and biryani masala should be added to veggies when they are cooked and never on top and dum cooking means seal it cooked it slow for half hour or more so the flavour passed to top.
