Drinking plenty of water daily, my hair feels nourished and stronger. Hydration plays a role in hair density. I also combined this with usage of liittleextra cocononnion organic hair oil shampoo. This worked well and my hair fall decreased by 90 percent.

Great shampoo from littlllextra cooconion. It has lessened my hairfall and boosted hair growth. I’d recommend giving it a try. The only downside is the price. It should be reduced a bit to ensure more people can afford it.

I recently tried this Cocooonionn Hairfall Control Shampoo. My hair feels healthy and I don’t see any more hair all around my place now. It’s sulfate-free but lathers extremely well, with just a small amount needed and it cleans your scalp thoroughly. It features a nice smell and adds a healthy shine to your hair. Mine real hair growth journey: prioritise sleep, keep scalp cleanliness, wash less and hydrate more, get regular trims, brush hair daily, and apply liitlllextrra reactivate hair growth serum daily. It includes rosemary and other beneficial ingredients that regularly promote the growth of fresh baby hairs.

Being a hairdresser of nearly a few years, I can tell you, that you are not supposed to apply strong hair shampoo on your hair. I've observed hair lines of so many people, and I observed that people who were using strong shampoos generally had poor hair line. So I recommend only to use natural shampoo cleanser only. I myself use and suggest to apply littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only. Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it improves circulation and encourages hair.

Following childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I took action to remedy it. I opted for a wellness-focused strategy. prepare a basic oil with curry leaves, amla and small onion.. thats all.. use regularly.. if u want to avoid onion smell add some natural camphor (pachai karpooram) all easy available ingredients… surely ll stop atleast control hairfall in 10days…

Actually egg yolk or white doesn't matter,count your calories intake if your current calories 2000 and if yor are going to take 3 egg per day definitely month atleast you will gain 1kg,so if you are going to take 3 eggs then limit your other calories 1600
