We aren't a youtube partner, no ads on our videos. Hard to get any promotion other than user discovery when you don't partner - we even have Sony trying to block our videos in some countries claiming they own the rights which is a complete joke. In that sense, we're doing pretty good thanks to everyone out there using their own minds to search out and discover what they like rather than being told what to listen too. Thanks for supporting us! We'll have a new album later in the year for you all!

I picked this as my wedding song almost three years ago, to dance with the man I married. It still brings goosebumps to my body, and tears of happiness to my eyes. My husband and I could not afford a lot at the time and were on our own for our wedding. This song, is what made our wedding day so beautiful. It is what made us connect, and be joyful. What a powerful song to say you promise to be together forever. Thank you so much for that.

He truly is a national treasure this bloke. As great a song as this one is, let's not forget how many other wonderful songs he has shared with us since the late 90s. I am so proud he is Australian. I am grateful to be part of a generation that has been able to hear, live, experience and enjoy his songwriting and music....

Hi guys, heard the song ocean for the first time (max sess.) about 2+ years ago. was bringing my 12 string back to life after a few years and typed in 12 string guitar on youtube. the ocean vid came up and my life was changed. thank you jtb. I'm 51 years old and my family thinks I'm a little crazy but they like the music too. My wife and I will be married 25 years this tues. I will dance with Donna to... Jason Phipps I didn't give a "thumbs down" because you are entitled to your opinion. However, this is no where close to cheesy. Cheesy is: Mr. Big - To Be With You. This has raw emotion and the track is timeless and can be played over many, many generations. There's few songs an artist can sing that can do that. Great bands come and go, but it's the way they breath life into a song, and have you not only singing, but picturing the ride or the love. This does both. I'm going to give you a B+ because you went from cheesy to beautiful in the very next sentence. Sorry you lost points as a cheese grader. Hope your marriage is just as strong today as it was when you commented. Tonight, you play this for your wife and dance again. Oh, name your son James Aaron Phipps or John Butler Phipps, and tell him the story! Much Love Brother!

There's is someone using John Butler's image on a social site. I had no idea who John was and then this random person started talking to me using John's image. I decided to google the image this person was saying was them to find out it wasn't him at all. I was totally catfished. But I explored and found the trio and John Butler and wow can I say I'm amazed. Great music and band. Fan for life.
