Yes and it doesn't matter. Thats anywhere in any state. If you was with/part of a group of any crime especially murder then yes you can get charged as well. Doesn't matter if you didn't pull the trigger. You get charged with the same crime as the shooter. Why I always say be careful who you associate with? Everybody ain't your friend.

This is so sad! My grandson was murdered 7 yrs ago when he was 16 & it was pure jealousy. One of his Muthas long live suppose to b friends set him up. She grew up wit the girl & my brutha use to go wit her mutha bk n 72. All this killing mess is about jealousy & envy. I have a problem wit all these disrespectful Chillen today. I believe everything Foolios mutha said, folk need to stay n they lane. Wonna b killer's but scared to do the time, lk I tell & told the police, the difference between me & them or these disrespectful Chillen is, I have done to much time to b scared of doing time.
