story behind song- “23” was aces brother , they was in the car w 2 others. so ACE, 23, his friend and cousin i wanna say. they all got shot but ace was the only one to live. it was “23” birthday the day that he had died which is why foolio kept saying “happy birthday 23” yungeen ace believed that foolio was behind the shooting. foolio also posted this song on 23s birthday hence why he kept saying “happy birthday”
