Not sure if you’ll see this, but try not to clutter the design too much, that blue/green at the top looks very nice, you could certainly do a end portal design for the statue base. I’d recommend using the blue/green at the top and using a gradient to fade into the lime terracotta you have on the sleeves. If you want to add a belt, gold colors work well with green (so long as the green isn’t too bright) maybe not gold blocks, but something similar? You can also use black stained glass and endrods/ any sort of similar lighting (maybe sea lanterns?) to create a night sky effect.

black concrete and gold following those ripple patterns would've looked nice. is it even possible to put glowstone over black concrete to make it shimmer at night? (never actually played minecraft)

For the idea of the end portal in the hood you could put different blues and limes in the hood with tinted glass in front of that Or even sea lanturns behind tinted glass in the hood it would even look like stars at the least

It'd be cool if the gown faded to glass. I think it would add to the ethereal aesthetic he's trying to create
