2 - 10 ounce cans of cream of chicken soup
1 - 14 ounce can of chicken broth
1 cup diced white onion
1 tsp of Accent flavor enhancer
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (fat trimmed) rinsed & patted dry
2 Tbsp butter
2 stalks of celery diced into 1/2" pieces
3 carrots coin sliced less than 1/4" thick
3 cups of Bisquick baking mix (any mix will do - just follow directions on box)
1 cup milk
1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Approx 1 cup all-purpose flour
