I love this recipe. Used it in my electric smoker and it was a huge hit on football Sunday. Fed a huge crowd for about $12. They all left complimenting the chicken multiple times. The Dukes mayo is a must, it really makes a big difference
I did the Mayonnaise rub on a couple smoked turkeys about a month ago.. total success. Used meat church gospel seasoning. Good stuff man! Don't forget to cut the cabbage carefully by hand everyone!🤣🤣🤣👍🏻♥️
