Yes yes.. Your foot core! love that expression. So amazing that more runners just shove their feet into shoes that are destroying their feet and causing injuries.
Stephane - thanks for sharing and agree that foot and ankle "core" exercises will help reduce injuries. I do many of these daily, and it's not only reduced injuries, but made me a faster and stronger runner. Btw, I also walk barefoot in my home all day, and that has helped as well. Great advice and video as always! 👍
Thank you for your comment Reto. You've done so well with your feet 👍👍👍 and I suppose your injury helped you focus a little on that area as well. Make sure the floor surface at home is not too hard though...
