I have a question though, how much weight is there on the moving leg during the flick action? I'm losing balance at the moment of the flick and subsequent weight transfer. I think I just cannot catch a feeling of the weight distribution.. or my leg muscles are not ready to receive the weight smoothly 🤔

This was somewhat helpful. It would have been excellent if you had worn pants that did NOT cover your feet as this was a foot action video.
