You know how I feel about this proposal? So I just did very important thing for myself and my team by achieving a goal, so I'll just use that moment to propose to my girlfriend who actually cares about that goal much less then I do and would probably prefer proposal among her dearest friends and family and not among my pears and whole bunch of spectators. Failure even without that guard, who was just doing his job, making this proposal completely about him and not at all about her.

I like how the one guy carrying the stretcher seemed so pissed off at his coworker that he threw the cargo down in disgust, who was ultimately the only guy who suffered. But who knows. Perhaps the injured party was talking massive amounts of shit from the stretcher, or spoke a totally different language and instead of saying "ah fuck this hurts" they thought he was saying "your mom sucks."

Salute to Ozzy Man for mentioning 6500 migrant workers who died building the infrastructure and lived in horrible conditions 😢. Being an Indian I know our nation lost a lot of lives for this event to take place. 😭 Edit: i would also like to mention that migrant workers from neighbouring countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan plus from Africa also lost lives. Many other workers sustained life long injuries in some cases. Also living conditions were horrible for all workers. Qatar is a country where only 15% of it's population are actual citizens. In 2010 when WC was awarded to them they had no infrastructure for football nor a footballing history. Given the climate and human rights record of this country... This was bound to happen. Also... Good luck watching games in the stadium if you're gay or just like to enjoy a pint of beer while watching football
