The University of Southern Denmark (SDU), The Danish Football Association (DBU), The Royal Danish Embassy and Novo Nordisk China has now launched the Football is Medicine programme in China by organizing Football Fitness and School Football Courses in Beijing and Shanghai. In this video, Peter Krustrup, Professor of Sport and Health Sciences at the University of Southern Denmark, is coaching a mixed group of men and women using exercises and drills from the “Football is Medicine” training concept.
