It’s proof that being a professional footballer is really difficult. You might even make it there but to maintain it is so so hard. And there are many contributing factors involved. You could have a major argument with management and that might derail your progress for years and even getting back to that level is super hard.

Balotelli was a hard case, sure. He did not make things easy on himself, but had to deal with A LOT of negativity and racism growing up a Black Italian. It's crazy. Italian football fans were harder on him then they were FOREIGN Black players (which at time he been pretty bad). So I understand the FTW attitude he's carried throughout his career.
