i only played pes but i think fifa has better camera angles, and the difference on psp between pes and fifa is not so much so content quantity wins , fifa is my choice on psp.
On the psp pes 2008 is best followed by 2011 but both graphic is low quality compared to modern one like 2012-2014, 2008 for best gameplay 2011 for most content like the stadium and the 3rd best would be 2014 because it the best looking one but for me personally I like 2012
