Pingu, I'm sure when you said Scholes was number 10 coming out of retirement, in the 07-08 season, United played City and United was wearing retro kit in respect to the Munich Air Disaster and only wore numbers on the back of there shirts.
Scholes didn’t wear #10 when he came out of retirement, it was for one game against City, both clubs wore memorial kits to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Munich Air disaster, so wore #1-11
