The Michael Nkambule interview was an eye-opener for me. Not all professionals blow their money on drugs and booze, some were not properly compensated during their playing days. And only a few had the luck and luxury of signing a big contract. Big up to Michael for being positive and wish him well in all his future endeavours
Izinja ze game, uyi ngwenya poi, pure talent madala Rooi. I like the fact that you are putting it as it is. The life of a football player is desirable from one from a distance, but its a cruel world out there.
Rooi was a marvel to watch. I played against him in our junior days while he was a Chiefs and I was at Pirates. He was the type opponent who did something special every time he received the ball. You press him, he played one touch or two touch, you give him space he absolutely destroyed. This guy is by far the best talent ive seen in youth football. SA never saw his full potential and its a real shame, this guy was just incredible. skapse dans. uyinja boy.
The football environment still needs to grow... That's my take home. From what Michael is saying, the game has become a solid industry in Europe where the whole value chain is sorted. Here teams still exploit and abuse. Let's hope it gets better. But Michael, thank you for your wonderful contribution to the game....
Feel sorry for this guy. He was crucified by football politics and stigma of where he comes from killed. Top talent i was lucky to see in Daveyton December tournaments. What a player. Had great potential
Tk thanks for the lovely show ALWAYS my brother, please don't bring that fellow from Lesedi FM he's interrogating players might as well have brought Ntate Thuso, he really ruined that Chippa show.
I remember him mesmerizing the FIFA delegates during the 2010 World Cup preparations against Ajax at Ellis Park, he was so super that he got standing ovation from the FIFA Delegates........ What a player!
Cant wait for part 2 ... he dished it all but am happy he still respect football fraternity... he stayed in his lane and respected people in the football business
Michael nkambule ..what i know is that he was smart and he did things right ..unfortunately football politics killed his career ... one of the best roooooooooiiiiiiiiii
He was released from chiefs because they didn't want to pay him the signing on fees. Bobby is responsible for destroying this boy cause he was the one who brought him from France. He was a youngster he was not going to be a regular from the start
Yey I remember this boy playing for chiefs u/15 in 2004 playing against cosmos u/15 wearing gloves him and this other guy called Malombo yhooooo they killed cosmos
Great interview, but khambula he's not being fair however, 20k after deduction was enough. He was also raised by chiefs. Also the fact that he doesn't really I wanna admit that he made some flops in he's life he's putting blame on others it's not fair. Most of us we from disadvantage households, so when you getting money you what to do. Players must blame others for their behaviour and failures. I will leave it at that.
Boi, from listening to what u are saying, no u jst made a few mistakes jst like a normal person U were jst unfortunate boi . Yr story is jst straight forward, u were jst unfortunate boi bt hold yr head up lyf has to go on and it will go on
Rooi must be honest guys, I know this boy very well from twatwa and I saw him couple times at tops crystal park drunk with many friends in that polo. He was so overweight I'm surprised to c him looking this thin
Players are human beings, nothing wrong drinking during his own time. Aren't you drinking in your own time, he never said he was not drinking but not a single he reported to work drunk
I like it when ex footballers come clean, but one thing they need to remember is that they are employees just like any other person. It is normal that the organisations we work for do not care or ask much about our background or our situations at home. We can therefore not blame them for that. Having taken you as a child, developed you, gave you a contract, that should be enough. The responsibility lies with the players not the teams. South African players lack discipline and thats why most of them die in accidents and some of them do not retire, they just disappear. You can easily see, most of them are above 30 but do not have wives because they want freedom, and lastly they have no financial advisors.
@@tksolutionstv yes keep it like that with 2 parts. A long episode would be too tiring, remember most people on youtube are busy with other things during the day like work or school...
Was telling people about Dumisani Zuma's situation...wish people will make their assessments and conclusions. These soccer bossses misuse their power. They fetched the young man from France only to dump him here
Can't train and drink train and drink. May be after game. Or a beer at night but to be out drinking to the point of it being apparent is totally inappropriate. Discipline is key. That is a dismissable offense
@@tksolutionstv yeah because the reasoning that 2 hours plus is too long doesn't hold water because you can always pause the vid and continue watching it wherever you left off so posting the whole thing irrespective of the hours makes more sense. Now we have to wait for part 2 for such an intriguing piece of content...
