Hello JFOOTBALL, just found you. I just wanted to ask you how your individuall trainings looked liked when you trained alone in your younger days. I mean, of what I can see is that you have trained more basic stuff like first touch, finishing, passes etc.. Could you maybe do a video about your individual training so I can be inspired and get some exercises to my own individual trainings :D. Btw, you play actually good for real, you could go higher if you wanted, but I assume you have already been a pro footballer in Korea. My playstyle is a little bit like yours, but the difference between me and you is that you always have qucik feet and always play your 100% and also play one, two passes which is super good, but I try to play always 100% in the pitch but I get tired fast so my movement and my ball control becomes worse during the game, which is super bad^_^. Great content, I love watching you, but can I ask a question, do you know if colleges look at assists when it comes to recruiting, because I lead in assists on my team and I know I always will, does that matter, or do just the goals matter
maybe both. scouts always wants what's the best for their team, based on my understanding. your assets are valuable, so harness it more. But it usually depends on the position you play, if you're a winger giving out assists, that's a great investment to have you on their team
Love the concept, but I looks like the person we are following is the only player who can actually play football. You will never get past players so easily on the level I play, and I really don't play at a high level at all
안녕하세요, 항상 꾸준히 영상보면서 자주 배우고 있습니다. 항상 윙어로 뛰고있고 큰 무리없이 운동하고 있지만 최근 좀 더 수준 높은 플레이를 하고자 인버티드, 클래식 윙어 중 하나만을 골라서 뛰고싶다는 생각이 들었습니다. 초등학생 때부터 성인인 지금까지 계속 볼차고 있지만 왼발은 항상 약발이었고 또 중거리 슛이 좋은 편은 아니라 대게 클래식 윙어로 볼을 찼었는데 근 2년정도 손흥민 선수따라 인터티드 윙어 좀 뛰어보니 골 넣는 재미가 있더라고요. 재미는 인버티드 윙어가 재미있지만 비교적 잘하는 건 클래식 윙어가 맞다고 생각되어 제이님이 올려주신 인버티드, 클래식 윙어 영상만 몇 번을 돌려보는지 모르겠습니다😅 제이님은 양발 다 잘 쓰셔서 큰 어려움은 없다고 생각됩니다만 그럼에도 조금 더 난이도 있는 포지션이 어떤 거라고 생각하시나요?
do you have a treadmill at home or go to the gym? try the "John Terry's stamina workout" it's HIIT (high intensity interval trainning) high slope and high speeds, 30 seconds sprint 40 seconds rest or variations of this. Good luck mate!
do some cardio at home, but very light or minimal not very little but not too much. balance it out and work your way up to faster/longer exercises. this is the way i’ve became fast for my size of body.
