My bad. I was looking for sizes bigger. My Granddaughter is 9 months old. Do you have measurements for sizes larger than 10 lbs.?

Hi, Most of video was clear but I had a problem with the feet, especially the heel. Didn’t seem enough fabric. Your pattern looks bigger than the one I used. Any chance you can repeat the video and produce a pattern with slightly bigger soles. Thank you. Xx 💕💕

Great tutorial, thank you. I really enjoyed it, im having trouble with the last step, somehow the inner seam is too long bc the bottom piece doesnt quite fit. pls help.

I do a regular 4 thread serger stitch for all (most) of my knit apparel projects, including this one :).

I really want to use this pattern to make my neice something nice, but im slightly offput from the downloading part. How come you must go through the process of 'buying' something if it is free? (Sorry not trying to come off rude, just want to be assured it is actually free)

Hi! We use the same system for our free patterns as our for-purchase patterns, so that's why you'll complete the checkout process for the free patterns. You're asked for your name and state/zipcode but no exact address (our for-purchase patterns need this info for sales tax purposes) but if that concerns you you can always use a random location as nothing will be physically mailed to you :).

I still have no idea what to do about the first seam because you don't bother to show yourself sewing it. The pieces don't even line up but I'm supposed to stretch them? I have no experience with this so I have no idea what you mean.

Hi Erin, the pieces line up perfectly along the seam line where each is curved, so the edge of the leg piece curve will need to stretch to fit the foot top curve. In the video I show how to pin the pieces together and then show how the pieces stretch to fit together along where the seam line will go. It’s important that your fabric has enough stretch (and that you cut your pieces with the stretch going horizontally) to accommodate the two pieces fitting together. I hope that helps!

How do I get the pattern? It said I need to subscribe, which I did. But every place where it says "download free pattern" just takes me in a loop of "download free pattern" and no place to actually download it...?

Hello, you do not need to subscribe to our newsletter to get any of our free patterns, but you do need to complete the "checkout" process by following the first link in the comments. Then the download link will be emailed to you, as well as saved for you in the account you create during the checkout process.

All of our free downloads are accessed through our checkout system, so we don't have a direct link :). You shouldn't need another program other than Adobe Reader for viewing/printing.
