This is without question the best version I've ever heard of this song. I was lucky to buy the CD when it came out. It's been out of print for many years and now would cost a small fortune to buy it on Amazon. It's the first and only time I've ever heard of this group. I think the guitar work is absolutely outstanding.
What's a CD? just kidding. Same. It was only a couple years after this came out that Napster became a thing. And, well, you know the rest. Here we are queueing up tunes on the internet via our smartphones, tablets, and assorted other devices (iPods, sooo early 2000s). We're lucky anything's still 'in print' on discs, actually.
@@ScottPusich I'm still in shock that vinyl came back. I never imagined that it would. But I'm happy for all the young people who finally get to enjoy the original artwork. When CDs came out the graphics were so tiny. You couldn't appreciate the artwork or even read the credits. Hell, the first time I heard Black Sabbath's "Master of Reality" was on 8-track tape. The amazing part is that it sounded every bit as good then as it does now. 😃😫😉
Love, look at the two of us Strangers in many ways We've got a lifetime to share So much to say and as we go from day to day I'll feel you close to me But time alone will tell Let's take a lifetime to say I knew you well For only time will tell us so And love may grow for all we know Love, look at the two of us Strangers in many ways Let's take a lifetime to say I knew you well But only time will tell us so And love may grow for all we know
