OMG! I remember this tape! no surprise these animated specials were animated by the now defunct Lacewood Productions who also did the animation for Katie and Orbie!
Thanks for uploading this, I loved reading and watching For Better Or For Worse when I was a kid during the ‘90s and early 2000s! Lynn Johnston created a true gem with this series. 👏
No, you're right. The comic strip was also called "For Better or For Worse," and it's one of the biggest and most respected comic strips ever. They did a neat thing where the characters in the strip actually aged as time went on, and even had a series of strips dealing with when the dog died. The creator of the strip is Canadian, and this was a Canadian show that I didn't know existed until this tape.

This show was based on the beloved and long-running newspaper comic strip "For Better or For Worse." I'm very familiar with the comic strip, but had no idea they adapted it to an animated show. But I think this was made for Canadian television (the strip's cartoonist is Canadian), and it looks like this was done in 1992.

@@louspowels7120 So, what do you mean by that? Are you implying that todays' youth belong in a crazy house?? Now, I know of one (or two) group(s) that do(es). I FIRMLY swear that todays' kids/ youth (under 13s) are going to help save the WORLD because they are MUCH smarter than neither you nor I could ever be. Could you please be more specific? This is what is part of the problem. We all need to be MORE specific. Especially those of us adults these days.
