Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups ginger roots chopped (no peel)
6 large lemons peeled
4 large oranges peeled
1/2 TSP ground turmeric or roots
2 TBS honey
1/4 TSP ground cayenne
1 cup fresh water or coconut water
instruction:
combine all in the blender till 1-2 minutes. then pour in the nut bag or cheese cloth to strain it.
pour into the 2 oz bottles.
put in fridge and ready to shot ... stay health ....
