I really hope this guy is doing something great with that voice. He hit those notes well without dropping octaves. Those are some hard notes to hit. Its definitely one of the best covers of Meatloaf I have seen on youtube. Nice job man.
I guarantee this talented guy listened to the Bat out of Hell lp over and over ...probably an older brother or sister or Parent even left it around and now it’s note for note in his brain .....that’s the way it works with that album for sooo many 👍✌️👏
Actually, my parents didn’t listen to music in the house. I started listening to Meat Loaf after seeing him in Black Dog and learned he was an artist. But yes, I listened to Bat Out of Hell on repeat for a long time. I didn’t even know I could sing until I started listening to Meat Loaf.

Very good cover. FCOL is my favorite song of all time. I really like Kirk's voice. He also seemed to be rather locked in to the performance. Still, I'd have liked to have seen an unleashing of FAR more desperation and passion from 4 min forward. I think Kirk has it in him and it would have been great to hear him try. Even if the lyrics or his voice or whatever came undone, I think it would have been better that way. That said, again, very nice job.
Well this is one of the most difficult song to sing of all times and song by one of the best singers of all time. He did surprisingly well, even better then the singer in the musical imo. I give it a 9.25!!
Nice !!! Takes a lot of wind and short breaths. And you make it look effortless. But don't you love singers who choose 8 minute plus songs?? LOL -- at least it wasn't American Pie....
Great cover but it works better without the video. Not that you're bad to look at :) but a song like this does need some theatrical in it. On the other hand, as from a singer to a singer, I'm amazed how half assed you can sing it. Envious, for sure.
Great song and a good performance. I personally cannot sing for toffee so my comments are purely personal and not from any kind of professional insite. Firstly I felt the sound quality was awful with seemingly loads of popping from the microphone which trashed things quite a bit Secondly I thought the guy seemed capable of sooo much more than he showed in this performance. Holding notes longer and not holding back etc etc With more training perhaps, professional quality equipment and sound engineering his guy could really make his song his own. I genuinely like this guy and wish him well but feel this video isn't doing him any favours. One final thing to add...,.please take your hand out of your pocket, it kinda looks like you don't really wanna be there.
This guy is good. But, I get the impression that he has been singing this song since he was 15. Sure you are going to be able to perfect it with that much time and practice. Much like on America Idol; a singer gets on the show because they know a few songs, but as soon as they are taken out of their element; THERE LOST and you discover they are NOT an overall versatile singer!!!A great vocalist should be able to stand up and sing just about anything with a reasonable amount of practice time.
