Yes his diaper is much too big he can't move properly. I've never owned a monkey, but I had a baby. This baby needs your warmth and he needs you to hold him close to your chest for security reasons. He's too young to be on the ground he needs to learn how to walk. Please pick him up and cuddle and love him.

They need to cling 24/7 keep him on stuffed animal if you won't let him cling to you like he is clinging to town pillow as you feed him near end he should almost always be in that position

Please hold the baby more often! Hold him like you are hugging him. So he can hug you. Also he needs something to suckle on for soothing. Please give him a pacifier
What makes you think he hasn’t changed the diaper in a very long time I can tell he takes very good care of this baby monkey the only problem I see is the dam diaper is too big. Makes it very hard for baby to move properly and roll over and scratch. Diaper needs to be cut down to the proper size, so baby is more comfortable. Other than that he seems to take very good care of baby.

A premie doll diaper would work better than the one.he is wearing. He is so small to be away from his mother, im sure something has happened to her but he needs something to mimic his mother. He looks so lonely and scared. Think of a human baby, they would be scares without human touch and I'm sure this little guy feels the same Cuddle and comfort him, wrap him in a small warm blanket or cloth. That diaper is itching him or irritating his little skin underneath. He is such a cutie though, I know why you have him, I would have to take him also.....good Luck with the little fella.

He needs a diaper change and a smaller one that doesn't cover up most of his little body ! You can see that he's been wearing it too long ! It's obviously dirty and he's going to get a rash from being left in a soiled diaper!
