Anytime I play Gryphon I feel like an angry mom healing the team's booboos with his kit. Just running around with every feat being something to heal my team.
Im both the gladiator stereotypes at once; I think this proves something, however im too busy fishing for deflects and yelling "MARS ME ADJUVAS!!!" at the top of my lungs that I dont have the time to figure out what.
Hearing someone else say warden isn’t that good in the current meta is music to my ears. I see so many people on Reddit and Twitter saying he’s really good and doesn’t need any changes
those people dont play warden lmao (and theyre on reddit). sure in duels hes good but literally almost every hero is more viable in duels than dominion.
Honestly warmonger being a better warden was the EXACT reason I picked them.. Apollyon even says they used to be a warden but they became something better so it makes sense.
apollyons lore is actually really amazing if you read into it. its been a while since ive read it or heard it but im pretty sure her village was raided by a group of knights and a lawbringer and her armor is parts of his armor after she killed him. i could be wrong but thats why shes so bat shit crazy
@@RAPTORREX_yeah my other reason for picking them is cause I really loved the knightly look of their armor and was able to customize it to look more like a realistic knight.
Lawbringer was my knight main since the game was released (I have 1 main for every faction), until this last rework. I really don't like what they did to him and they took away what made him fun for me to play. Now Gryphon has taken the role as my knight main.
I was hoping his rework would have been better and yea it does suck when your main that you already love gets changed in ways you don’t like sorry to hear you don’t enjoy him as much anymore
The Cent one is completely on point, he's definitely one of the coolest characters but when someone can counter half his moves he kinda feels useless (moveset is fun when it works lol)
Another PK stereotype is that for honor is now a horror game everytime you go to a point with corners and minions because anytime you could get nailed and full bled
As a cent main, I don't care WHAT you say, he has enough tools and mixups to throw anyone off. Just a matter of how unpredictable you can be. I love my punchy boy
You forgot the hidden Gryphon (a**hole) stereotype: Does double light. Waits for opponent to dodge the kick. Does double light to catch said dodge. Repeat process from step 2 until failure.
Warmonger main here...the main thing that drew me to Warmonger initially was her corruption feats. I was really bad at surviving ganks back then and corruption really forces players to play your game. But after awhile I stopped using Corruption and actually got better at surviving ganks. And also I wanted to Cosplay as Apollyon.
I also mained lb when i started because of the cartoonz videos. That thumbnail of lb doing his inpale exe with the fire wings is what made me fall in love with for honor
I have less than 60 hours in the game but the description of BP is pretty accurate, I'm either bullying the other player by bashing every 2 nanoseconds, or I have a neon light sign ontop of me saying "FLIPPING BURGERS" 😂😂
Your channel got recommended to me and as someone who mains law, Warden, cent, conq and gryphon those stereotypes are pretty correct. Although I'm still not the greatest fan of law's rework like I can have fun with it but it's like conq didn't really solve the issues for the player playing the hero but rather the one fighting them.
100 percent correct alot of people don’t like the LB rework I myself think it’s kinda lazy and bad. And same with conq idk there’s more potential in these heros but it’s not being explored
@@RAPTORREX_ they both didn't get a roll catcher and don't really have any openers and the infinite chain on law is so easy to parry they might as well remove it.
When I started using WarMommy I really wanted Apollyons armor set so when I got to rep 8 I spent 15 crates and 8k steel to get… 1 alternate chest plate… But after spending 3 weeks worth of my life getting her to rep 17 I finally got all her sets and I’m still disappointed in ubi for not adding THE DAMN SWORD it just doesn’t fit well without it
Cent been my main since I got him. Even when he was considered trash I was still taking out 2-3 members of a squad(usually with some adventagious ground like ledges and spike walls).
As someone who has been a Warden ever since I first started out, I’ve got to say, I feel quite offended by these stereotypes, and yet I also feel a sense of pride in knowing that I personally embody NONE of them whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really hope pk keeps here bash she has in the testing grounds. I havent played the game in a bit, but it was funny to land in duels and pretty useful in 4s
Yea as a conq people do frequently just turn around and run from me or straight up avoid me the whole match but I don’t mind it makes me feel better about myself😂
Black prior has me feeling like I’m either Batman or I’m playing as the lone crusader flipping the unholy with my almighty shield because of my belief in god and the faith in my comrades to reign victorious (as a black prior main I am depressed) Warmonger on the other hand…😅
I am one of those people who saw the Warden plum then decided I’ll try rank duel to get it to then realise the Queue time is like watching grass grow then when my dog ass finally got a win nothing absolutely nothing at this point me saying “I’ll try to get the Warden plum” is like me saying “I’m gonna work out today”
Lawbringer was my first choice for the armour and his lore was cool. And despite his countless changes, I’ve mained him. Why? Because I am the Lawbringer. And the law shall be dispensed as violently and efficiently as his current patch notes states is possible.
nah you aint playing pk right. feels like I win every gank i get stuck in. and for the two or three ganks I lose, I poo out a nuke. often when they are breaking
I mean… PK’s heavies do in fact do good damage. However that’s dependent on doing the bleed follow up. 33 DMG UBs. However as you said this is talking about 4s that’s not likely to get off. However PK does do good damage lol
you have a very good point those unblockables do hurt but yea i feel like in duels shes actualy quite good but i never play duels, not enough exp or steel to have any reason to play the mode.
Anytime i play the game and fight someone like the valk It breaks my indicators and parry window, Meaning i have to TRY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TO GET A LICK ON THEM WHICH IS DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE
He’s just kinda meh. It’s like if you lose to a cent there was no cheese strat he just beat you fair and square. You can’t say that about most heros in this game anymore
I was looking for this cause the later was my brother but after the rework he stopped playing him because he said it got boring and people would just run away before he even activated revenge. He still could survive long tho.
@MaximusValor yea they took away all that made him unique and fun. I don't get this whole idea of "Let's remove playstyles becouse somebody doesn't like it." While I do enjoy the game in its current state there is no denying that some heroes like conq has suffered from this water down treatment
Truth be told back when I played I was the level 70 warden. I just enjoyed him because he forced you to be mechanically better than your opponents. Like I mean litterally I knew the exact fucking pixel of distance I needed to be to hit someone with his lean back charge attack. I also liked that hit kit was basic so I could work a full time job and then come and play him without feeling like I needed a fucking engineering degree.
Just make bp NOT have guardbreak immunity off the unblockable and make his moves not have the recovery cancel. To make up for him getting a dodge attack. BP mains will complain but like... he already has a REALLY strong kit.
I agree with every argument on why cent is a bad but fun character to play, its just so great to finally conect the perfect punishment on that anoyying bash only player, but its also so inconsistent, because a single bash can ruin the entire fight... also, pardon me if their is grammar erros, english is not my native language 😅
you spoke english here perfectly i understood it. im glad you agree with what i had to say about him, i love cent and playing him is fun hes just kinda hard to play against players that know how to counter him
@@RAPTORREX_Well,I think thats the case with every character.If you're fighting near al wall,cent has increadible max punish and he has a lot of tools. More than the most characters.I think he is good A Tier
