This is a 1972 Model Year. The '71 grill was simply a row of vertical bars. I own a beautiful example of a SJ Model.

The front grill is a 1972. Is the car a 1972?? But the rear lights look like a 71, I really couldn't see it.

The car has a 1972 grille. Couldn't tell about the tail lights, the 1972 had dividers in the tail lights
