Optioned with the sought after 351 Cleveland V8, T-Bar automatic, Air conditioning, Power Steering, Beige Vinyl roof and Superfringe radio, this factory Yellow Glo beauty is a testament to how well the owners of this Fairlane have treated the car.
This Fairlane was ordered with these specific colour/options by the wife of the local Earth Mover in Benalla, Victoria and was retained by the same family for 42 years. Originally sold by Duncombe Ford from Benalla, Victoria in February 1973, this One-off survivor is supplied with the original owners log books and manuals, extensive service history and two sets of original keys with the the dealer supplied key pouch plus the original owners RACV membership.

I'm following the restoration of a Ford ZF like this one. Jason Hill is the channel and he restores it (maybe you've seen it already). He pays attention to every detail and now it is already in the final phase.

My mother had one of these new … Had it for years ! Was a bit floaty but it could cruise interstate at very high speeds with ease … Just had to keep the fuel supplied… I learnt to drive in this car … what an experience!!! She could move !!!

Our family had one from new when I was child, I remember seat belts was not a law and laying everywhere in the back and we went down to the snow from Sydney, and my dad overtaking like 30+ times on those narrow roads. And he got a ticket in Canberra. It use to conk out when it was not warmed up. Massive car remembering back as a child. It sucks changing the spark plugs, there is not much room from what I remember.
