I've decided to sell the Dark Adriatic Blue 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood. Overall, the car is in good shape. It is not perfect, and is priced accordingly. With your time and effort, the car will be excellent. They are increasing in value, so this is a great opportunity to buy a lower mileage example right. I am continuing to invest in and improve this car, so you will see the price go up as the car climbs the Hagerty Scale, and you will see the list of what it could use (in terms of repair/improvements) diminish. The value of these cars supports my investment, as truly excellent examples of this car, with around these miles, sell for $20k. I believe it could use: A/C recharge, small exhaust leak barely audible, and new Vogues at some point (they have good tread, and no weather cracks, but are getting older than I'd want them to be for long distances. For local/low speeds, they'll last for years to come). The top could use a cleaning/refresh. The vinyl is fine, just has that white chalk.
I have had two small rust spots removed and the corresponding panels repainted. The front brakes, discs, pads, and hubs were replaced. This was done 11/15/21.

Take a look around before you offer me a silly number or an uneducated opinion of what you think its worth. I've owned 3 of these, and sold my last one for $12k. These cars sell for more money, with more miles, on Autotrader, etc. This is probably one of the lowest priced 75k mile Broughams around. I found 2 on Autotrader with 103k-125k miles for $10k-13k. See the links to those cars in the comments below.
RANT: Your $5k offer is not clever, it's not insightful, it's not based on reality, nor are you some celebrated authority on all things Fleetwood for puking out such a bogus offer. Making low-ball offers, site unseen, with zero basis for your offer (like using the Haggerty Scale, for example), really just makes you look like a low-class moron. Nowhere in the country will you find a 75k mile 1996 Fleetwood BROUGHAM in good-to-excellent condition (like this one), especially in today's hot market, for $5k (and if you do, for heaven's sake, buy it! It's worth more than that -just like this one is!). Have some self-respect, and respect for the value of this fine automobile. My price is very fair given the market (actually, it's too low -look at Autotrader!). So, if you can't afford $9,000 (which is likely the ACTUAL reason for your silliness), but still want a $5,000 1996 Fleetwood, go find one for $5000 -it will most certainly have way more miles, and be in way worse condition than this one. It may not even be a BROUGHAM.
If you maintain that this is a $5000 car, prove it! Show me a comparable vehicle before you excrete your non-educated opinion. Find a 1996 (or any LT1) Fleetwood BROUGHAM with 75k actual miles in good to excellent condition for $5000 before you arrogantly bench-audit and valuate mine. Send me a link to an actual apples-to-apples car as proof (pretty please! I will buy it instantly!). Your $5000 pipe-dream has nothing to do with the value of this particular car. Rant complete.
