I know this is almost decade old video & listing ... but is beautiful home, i love that shot of living @0:58 u sitting down on that couch or in patio while ur view is that lake & water right throw those big tall wide windows or out on patio is gorgeous, is like sitting on top of the water ...anyway lucky whoever bought it👌
What do you mean? That it rains 180 days per year? Silliness - it does not rain one drop for 3-4 months, and the wettest month is December, where it rains 4.5 inches. Hardly 1/2 a year. Talk about exaggeration.
